This policy explains how Bring Data LTDA ("Bring Data", "we") handles personal data when you visit bring-data.com or contact us. It covers this website only. When we build an assistant for a business, that business and Bring Data sign a separate agreement that sets out how the business's customer data is handled, and that agreement controls.

1. Who we are

Bring Data LTDA is a company based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect on this website

This website has no account, no form and no chat window. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run an advertising pixel. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that the site loads and stays secure. Cloudflare publishes how it handles that data in its own privacy policy.

3. What you send us

If you write to us by email or by WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, your email address or phone number, your business name and your message. If you book a call, we also keep the time we agreed on.

4. How we use it

• To answer your message and to schedule and hold the call you asked for.
• To send you the written plan or the demo you asked for after the call.
• To keep a record of our business correspondence, as the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your phone number or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Text messages

We send a text message only to a person who gave us their number and agreed to receive texts from us. Message frequency depends on the conversation you start with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and we will confirm and send no more. Reply HELP for help or write to [email protected].

6. Who else handles your data

We use service providers to host this website, to run our email and to send and receive messages. They process data only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose data when a law or a court order requires it.

7. International transfers

We are based in Brazil, so data you send us is processed in Brazil and in the countries where our providers run their servers, including the United States. By writing to us, you understand that your message travels there.

8. How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your request and to meet legal duties, and then we delete it or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your messages sooner.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm that we hold data about you, to send you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law 13.709/2018) gives you these rights. If you live in California or in another state with a privacy law, that law gives you similar rights. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 15 days.

10. Children

This website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

11. Changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
